When it comes to the sport of cricket, Keagan Lynch is a natural.
The South West Academy of Sport athlete has been passionately perfecting his craft for years, improving his talents in the traditional and indoor cricket setting.
With big goals set for the next 12 months, Lynch remains committed to pursue his aspirations.
“I hope to excel in Perth premier grade cricket and be selected for the under 22s Australian World Cup cricket team,” he said.
Like many SWAS athletes, Lynch follows a busy and intense training schedule. He takes part in multiple drills at the South West Indoor Sports Hub, alongside additional sessions in Perth and his participation in Super League Indoor Cricket.
His dedication to the game allowed him to perform to an exceptional standard during the national competition in July, leading to selection in the Australian under 22 men’s team. He will now head to Adelaide in September for the Tri Series against South Africa and New Zealand.
